Hi, I’m MaryCay — I have an unwavering dedication to igniting leaders' human performance by tapping into their naturally cooperative design. I believe you can live an extraordinary life as an ordinary person.

My most painful moments were an opportunity to recreate myself in greater alignment with my heart’s deepest desires and values. I did so with trusted guidance and using deep reflection and play, surrounded by a supportive community. 

Through these transformative experiences, I also uncovered my truth, purpose, and legacy — encouraging people like you to live out the deep dreams of your soul. 

Even after all these years, the work continues to evolve, as I am called to explore how I might give life in more expansive, courageous, and fulfilling ways. What I know for sure is together is better. And with nature as our guide, we can leave this world a better place than we found it.
